Question about Fuji FinePix A340 Digital Camera
I accidently deleted some important photos but they weren't on a memory card or stick, is there any way I can retrieve them? any help will be great 'cause i'm in big trouble at the moment!!
This camera photo recovery tool is maybe what you are looking for.
Remember - DO NOT write anything back to your digital camera untill you recover the photos safely. Once the photos are overwritten, it is impossible to recover. Best regards.

Deleted photos from the card can be recovered, you should try some photo recovery software, here are some programs you may rely on. Both programs can also recover videos and music.
Photo Recovery (for Windows)
Mac Photo Recovery (for Mac OS X)
Note: Before your pictures are recovered, do not attempt to save more files to the camera memory card or stick in case the original files(your photos) are overwritten.

All right! The deleted files on a memory
card or stick often are not actually erased as you think normally. They are
still there till any new file is placed to overwrite them. That's why you can
restore them back before they are all overwritten.
So, right now, you can try to restore these deleted photos back easily with a photo recovery freeware:
This camera data recovery freeware helped a lot when the Canon camera of my friend was formatted by mistake. It eventually restored all his wanted data back successfully. So, just try it!
Note: Next time, you should always remember to make backups of everything important well in case of similar problems.

SOURCE: i have a fugifilm finepix
First take the memory card out of the camera. Pictures that have been deleted are probably still there, but will be overwritten if you take any more pictures on top of them.
Your camera is not able to undelete pictures, but there are programs for doing this on a computer. You can put the memory card into a card reader attached to a computer, and use an undelete program to recover the deleted files. Undelete programs are available for free download from the internet, try the one at THIS LINK
If the pictures are very important to you, you might want to seek help from an experienced person.
