Refund of &79.00 for unwanted membership immediately

Found a transaction on my credit card for &79.00 with your Number 08004962454 LUX.........what is it for? I did not order anything, least of all a membership......

nothing to do with fixya site and as you have not bothered to include the company details , it is up to you to communicate with them either by phone direct on their web site phone or e-mail them on their web site e-mail address
do not use any links as they could be scammers trying to get your account details

HAVE A PRIME MEMBERSHIP BEING CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD THAT I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. NEED TO FIND OUT WHOSE IT IS FOR AND CANCEL.


Normally on your bank or credit statement the transaction will show a number to contact for such charges. That's how you can contact the company and figure out who charged the account or you can contact your bank or credit card company to dispute transaction

Today there was 5 transactions made off of my credit card from mysale-PH.I have never been to that site and nor do I even know what was purchased,I need cancelled and a refund back on my credit card


You need to contact the fraud protection department of the company/bank that your credit card is from. You need to do thisimmediately in order they can prevent more transactions being made on the card. I f no pin number was entered, i.e. the transactions were gone online you should be reimbursed but it may take a few weeks. Contact the card supplier ASAP

How can I cancel this membership and get a refund for the $99.00?


If the charge on your statement has a telephone number, call it. If you can use a recorder do that. They will likely try high-pressure techniques and may even refuse to refund the charge but this step is necessary before you call your credit card issuer. They can stop the charge and refund your money. Afterward, file a complaint with your local BBB or on-line with the city of the scammer, if you know it. Do NOT do do nothing. That will result in more charges.
(This is from personal experience. I have been battling these weasels for years and have a phony magazine subscription I am working on now,)

I did not want the prime membership and they charged me for it what do i do


Loretta, since you do not include who the "prime membership" is with, I can only give you generic possibilities. First, did you pay for this with a debit or credit card. If a "debit" card all you can do it to try to find a contact phone number for the company that you now have the "prime membership" with and see if they can help you.
If you used a "credit" card, contact the phone number on the back of the card and contact them and tell them your problem. The majority of credit card companies will be more than willing to help you with this problem; especially if you did not sign up for the "prime membership" or were misled in any fashion.

To open an account for a long time ...and they tell me to contact tryincardproblems@paypal. but no email no phone number ..how to i reach these people


To request a refund, send the seller an email. Ask the seller to go to the Transaction Details page for your transaction and click Issue a refund.
You can request a refund up to 60 days after you pay for your item.

Here's how to find the seller's contact information:
  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click History.
  3. Click Details next to the transaction you want a refund for.
  4. Use the contact information to send the seller an email.
If your seller doesn't agree to refund your money, you may be able to open a dispute in the Resolution Center. You can open a dispute if you didn't receive your item or you received something that doesn't match the seller's description. (You must open your dispute within 45 days of paying for your item.)

In the Resolution Center, you can communicate directly with the seller and try to resolve the problem. If you aren't able to work it out, we may be able to help you get a refund.

Note:
  • If you paid with your debit card or credit card, your payment is refunded to your debit card or credit card. It may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your card statement.
  • If you paid with your bank account or PayPal balance, your payment is refunded to your PayPal account.

Proccessed incorrect amount on credit card


If you catch the error right after you run it, do a void rather than a credit. A credit could takes weeks to show up for a customer and they won't be happy with you.
