How to adjust headlights

from the front or back of the head light , there will be 2/3 adjusting knobs / screws . Place the vehicle on a level surface about 3 feet from a plain coloured wall. You will see the centre of the beam( High beam). The centre of the beam is to be at the same height as the centre of the head light lense and properly adjusted pointing slightly to the passenger side of the vehicle . This prevents full beam in the eyes of oncoming cars.

Unless you have a lens collimator and other equipment needed to ensure proper alignment when reassembling the lens, take it to a good camera shop and have a properly trained and equipped professional clean it.

Does it take some type of gel under the lights, the colors are a little blurry

i also have this tv. i removed backcleaned mirrior, back of screen and lenses VERY GOOD. Then turned on tv go to convergence, sepaerate cross hairs then adjust focus on lenses. Then lenses rotate maybe about a 1/3 turn total by hand. Grab ring that houses lenses and turn until cross hairs are as clear as possible. This can be done with out help by watching inside of screen. red and green are adjustable, the blue is adjustablealso but i couldnt find blue cross hairs, maybe by covering red and green lenses the blue will show on screen. anyway when done and cross hairs are clear, lenses, mirror and screen are clean, you can adjust covergence and get a very clear screencleaning will also brighten pic. I have dropped this lense and it does not operate. Is it worth repairing It is difficult to adjust. No lenses are broben but the plastic is cracked off the end

It can be repaired.

It is advised you take it to a local camera shop that does repairs.
They can give you a quote at the time of service.

Due to the tight tolerances inside the lense mechanism - small bits of sand or lint may become trapped in the mechanics.

It is advised to take it to a camera repair shop and have it disassembled and cleaned/repaired.

There are many small parts and intricacies that will render it totally useless if not done properly.

I have a logitech quick cam go, it was working properly but when i detached it and kept it in a box for a day and next again i took it out the image was blurred

Hi my name is Hussainy

There could be two reasons for the blurr ness

1)when you were handling the webcam you might have touched the lense of the cam so clean the lense of the cam.

2)The focus of the cam needs adjustment.....There will be something to adjust the focus....

Sigma macro lense

If it doesn't turn correctly, that strongly indicates you didn't reassemble the lens properly. Take it apart and try again. And I hope you have a lens collimator and other tools to ensure you get the lens elements aligned properly.

You probably just have dust build up on the lenses. You can remove the lower back (with the set unplugged) and once you have that done you now have access to clean the lenses using a soft cloth and wipe them down. Don't adjust the lenses as you will spend more time correcting a problem that you create by doing so. Good luck..

it looks like when you took this apart you did not alignt the lenses properly, there should be a locating groove or stub which these lenses should fit to... it looks like they are pressing against the stub but are not located properly, hence the distortion. try taking it apart again....when you put it back together again the fault may have gone.
