Question about Cuisinart CMW-100 Microwave Oven
It is possible that a relay on the control board has stuck in the closed position. You can try tapping the relays on the main control board and this sometimes breaks them free. It still may be one of the door switches but I would suspect the control board or possibly a stuck start pad on the touch panel.

There can be two chances that the MW works by itself when the door is closed. It can be due to a relay or the door leaf switches being jammed.
remove power and try to close and open door for several times. If this wont work, remove power and tap on the Printed circuit board and check again. If there is no result even after repeating this the fault is in the PCB wherein the output to the relay is short or there is a constant output to trigger the relay.
Need to check by tracing the output or replacing the PCB.- Try if you can swap.
