What's the warranty on this product?
I don't know how old your tablet is, but if it's fairly new I would suggest that you go back to the retailer and reject it "as not fit for purpose ". If it's less than a few months old this should work. The closer you are to expiry of warranty the more forceful you will need to be. This approach works fairly well in Europe and the UK.

NOTE: Doing this will clear the data on your tablet, so it is suggested you not choose this option unless you have to, or aren't worried about losing anything on the tablet.

My tablet is netsurfer. It keeps freezing whenever I try to perform a function. After some time of freezing,it responses saying the certain app isn't responding. What may be the problem pls?

It's not your tablet, it's the app. It happens to me all the time if its a game delete it and download it again if that doesn't work then delete the game permanently.

My RCA Maven pro tablet is only 2 months old.Today, it started freezing up,then keeps restarting. It' also continuously telling me app I happen to be using is not responding and do I want to close it.

They are an entry level, budget tablet and cheaply made in China. Take it back, get a refund and buy a decent make like Acer, Samsung or iPad.

If you really don't want to do that, you can try a Factory Reset which scrubs it clean and reloads the operating system. Press and hold the volume up and power button for 20 seconds until you see the recovery console.

Frozen

Try restarting it, or turning off the power. Try that a few times. If that doesn't work than you can go to your settings and get rid of the apps running in the background. If it still freezes, you could have a virus, and should take it to a Samsung store, or try to find a Anti-virus downloadable software

When I try to download an App, I get an ERROR that says: Error retrieving information from server. [RPC-S-5:AEC-0]. How can I get this to download apps?

Fixing RPC:S-5:AEC-0 Google Play Store Error

The Google Play / Android Market error retrieving information from server RPC:S-5:AEC-0 error message can be a bit of a pain, the RPC:S-5:AEC-0 error just randomly appeared on my tablet after it upgraded to a newer version of Android. However this is how i managed to fix the RPC:S-5:AEC-0 error with ease.
  1. Load the Settings app, click apps, then select "All"
  2. Next in the all apps view find the "Google Play Store" and click on it
  3. Now click "Clear Cache" (Not Data), then Force Stop.
  4. Next in the same app list find "Google Service Framework"
  5. Click clear data (Not Cache), then Force Stop
  6. Switch off the phone or tablet and turn it back on
  7. You should be able to download and update apps from the Google Play store once more.

Enjoy no more RPC:S-5:AEC-0 errors when downloading or updating apps.
Or Simply Go to settings/app.manager/all
Delete data + cache :
Google Play Store
Google Play-services
Google Services Framework
Hangouts
Market-feedback agent (important)
Then delete google-account(data/system/user/0/ fine the accounts.db file and cut and paste it somewhere else)
Restart the phone and then re-add google-account( paste your accounts.db file earlier to it's original location).
p/s~Your device need to be rooted to remove/delete google account without a factory reset.

enjoy and have a good day :)
