Can not get new trans filter to slide into the hole in the valve body. seams like the new rubber seal is to big.. took out the old seal..what can i do. 03 ford windstar lx

Insure that you have the correct part and use wooden dowel just larger than seal if needed to drive it into place. This should not require much effort if you have the correct part.

New Jenn-air refrigerator, Model #JFC2087HRS, water filters do not work...

The new Jenn-air refrigerator, model #JFC2087HRS, water filters (UKF8001) do not work correctly. Water flow is slow. I have called the manufacturer but cannot get any help from them. They insist they work fine. I have tried several of the new ones. The problem seems to be that the small ramps on the new water filters are not tall enough to push the small plungers sufficiently into the water dispenser. I have added a small piece of plastic (glued) to the ramps on the water filter in order for them to work better, but not as good as old ones worked (UKF8001AXX). The next best thing is to buy the old filters if you can find them.

IF YOU ARE MECHANICALLY MINDED YOU CAN . I PREFER WHEN ENGINE IS COLD REMOVE LOWER PAN BOLTS 1 AT A TIME USE A DRAIN PAN TO CATCH FLUID REMOVE PAN AND CLEAN , NEXT REMOVE FILTER , NOTICE ORIENTATION OF FILTER , ALSO REMOVE FILTER SEAL IF STILL IN THE TRANS CASE NEW FILTER SHOULD HAVE NEW SEAL ON THE NECK . INSTALL NEW FILTER , NEW GASKET IF REQUIRED AND REINSTALL PAN . ADD THE CORRECT TYPE OF FLUID AS NEEDED .. APPROX 6 QUARTS

Too much pressure in sand filter

IF your filter is really the EC75 that's listed in the heading, then it's not a sand filter, its a DE filter. See link to manual:
http://www.haywardnet.com/products/Manuals/pdfs/Manual257.pdf
If this is not the correct number, then you can find the correct manual on their web site. So did it have a multi-port valve already? or did you install it. IF it is a sand filter then there is something plugged inside the filter (small fingers on spider?) If that's the case locate the manual on their web site and follow the assembly insturcitons.

Changed the oil now have a pecking sound in engine

I assume you used the correct weight oil which is 5w20 in your case and installed the correct 4.5 quarts with filter change, If so, I suggest you replace the oil filter even though it is new. Remember to replace the oil lost when changing the filter. Install a quality Motorcraft, Wix, or Purolator filter. Stay away from bargain brand filters. See if that corrects the pecking which sounds like a lifter problem.

Waste line leaking

When you had the unit apart, did you note the correct alignment of the handle to the diverter? You may have put the handle on 180 degrees away from the correct orientation and therefore flipped all the settings, making filter=backwash, etc...

If thats not it, any chance it has freeze damage inside from not draining completely and therefore needs a new valve?

New ice maker--was working till filter changed- no ice now ...

You may not have the filter installed correctly, or installed the correct filter.
If you rotate to lock the filter in place, make sure you rotated the filter completely to lock.
If you had to turn the water off, did you turn it back on?

Water filter

The red warning light has to be reset manually - by pressing the Ice Type and Child Lock buttons together for 5 seconds. As for the taste, check the flow direction is correct on the filter and run a few litres of water off.
