How can I download my music to my Ipod shuffle iam not sure how to do it

Not sure what happened with your device. If the problem keeps occur, you can try a 3rd party iPod music transfer program on your computer. How to Transfer Music to iPod without iTunes

Also, iPods work with iTunes, so be sure you use that when copying music from the computer to the Shuffle.

To download music onto your iPod Shuffle you first need to make sure you have the music and media Application from Apple Inc, called iTunes downloaded and installed onto your computer first.

Once iTunes has been successfully downloaded and installed on your computer, simply connect your iPod
Shuffle via USB cable to your computer (if you have not already done so) and iTunes in moments will recognize your Shuffle.

If iPod shuffle isn’t playing music
â iPod shuffle might not have any music on it. If you hear the message “Please use
iTunes to sync music,” connect iPod shuffle to your computer to sync music to it.
â Slide the three-way switch off and then on again.
â Make sure the earphone or headphone connector is pushed in all the way.
â Make sure the volume is adjusted properly. A volume limit might be set. See “Setting
a Volume Limit” on page 25.
â iPod shuffle might be paused. Try clicking the Center button on the earphone remote

click on your ipod icon and that should be songs on your shuffle, play to see if they really are on there. sometimes it tricks you...

You need itunes regardsless to actually get the music to your ipod shuffle. In order to get free music, you can use either limewire.com or blubster.com... Se if that works.

When you go into the ipod section on iTunes, click the music tab, make sure 'sync music' is checked and 'selected playlists:' is also, then check the playlist you want to use. Click 'sync' button

If that don't work go back to the summary tab and hit 'restore' and follow the instructions to reset the ipod, resync and all should be fine.
