Question about Juicers
I can't get the mesh filter clean. The vegetables I juice have the small holes 95% plugged up and soaking in lemon water doesn't help. One site suggests chlorine bleach, but the manual says no. What do I do? It's a Breville JE95 juicer.
The stiff brush that came with mine has worked well for me. Have you tried a fingernail brush or maybe some canned air?

I lost my manual and it's been awhile since I've used my juicer...
I used it today and now I am really needing to clean it and cannot figure out how to take the filter and the black plastic filter holder, off..... It says on the machine to use the nozzle and rotate it to the left.... it does not rotate, I feel like it's going to snap and break... I used this for a year, every single day and just cannot remember this kind of important part of the disassembly.... Please help me!!!!!
As far as cleaning the basket, I would soak it in very hot soapy water for about 1/2 an hour before using the brush and had very few problems with food sticking.
