Download iTunes > Upload CD > Drag and drop cd contents into iPod folder on left menu.

drag and drop doesnt work with ipod....download itunes from www.apple.com/itunes and then transfer music using itunes.

plug it in, then use itunes to restore your ipod to factory settings. Update it then when you want to put music onto the device drag the music over onto yout playlist/music folder for your ipod, click and drag the song you want to your ipod, do not release your mouse button until you see the +copy appear.

go to apple ipod site ...should find help there...downloads itunes which is the programs that allows you to put music onto your ipod...you first add your music files stored on your pc , into itunes and them "sync" them with your ipod...you can keep your files as a library where all the tracks are viewable or create playlists which show the music categorised as you wish...once you try it it will make sense
