Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
This might be a loose connector on the top of phone. What you want to do is open up the top section of the phone, there are four screws. once you remove the top cover there are two connectors, one that comes from the camera and the other comes from the keypad. gently remove this one (upwards) and clean with IPA (alcohol) and a brush. let dry and re-install making sure it connects securely.

My phone has a screen problem, it stay dark so that you are unable to see any information on screen. The number pad will light up, but not the screen, i have change battery, turn off and on to no avail.
