As you have mentioned that your motherboard is replaced pls check on the motherboard there is flat battery which act as the power given to memory card & if this is removed & placed again this might resolve your problem...........

Go visist XDA's forum and look up the rooting guide for your device. HTC is one of the better manufactures that actually allows for easy rooting.

Generally speaking, it will not. But it is always recommended that you make a hard backup of all the data and files saved just in case any emergency.

The Demo Kindle Fire Model Number 3HT7G is completely locked down. It is not possible to remove the Demo, reset the Kindle or Flash new Firmware using a Backup and Restore Utility like Kindle Fire First Aide. The Development Team of Kindle Fire First Aide is working on a procedure to reset these Kindles but the procedure will involve opening the Kindle which Voids the Warranty.
