Start looking for a replacement, you won't get it fixed. Try the makers website, they should put you in touch with someone or supply the part.

When I use the blender, oil comes out of the motor

The seal on the shaft is leaking, the cost of paying someone to replacing it would be more than what the machine is worth, unless you can DIY.

Need blender parts

i hate to inform you but there is more than one blender... there is several thousand factories making blenders... each of them is making several models... we do not (nor we intend to) live with you, we do not know which one...

thinking before asking does not hurt... inquire on manufacturers site, that will be best bet, or on jumble/garage sale find particular model and use as donor.

I have got the same issue when using the blender. Under the blender there is a rubber part making the connection between the base "a1" and the blender "h3". In my case the rubber is worn out so my blade doesn't turn anymore... I am trying to find out how to get an other one! Is it the same problem for you?

Yes you can buy a replacement seal which you can get through your supplier. Do you have an exploded view. By the time we got the replacement and fitted it we were not sure how it went in and the user manual does not even mention the seal

Blender bottom stuck

I tried the vinegar thing but it didn't quite work. We blended some smoothies with yogurt and it leaked through the bottom. No big deal, we tightened it up. We didn't clean it immediately. By the time we went to clean it, it was stuck. The vinegar didn't work, tried baking soda with vinegar, didn't work. Finally we ran the bottom underneath hot water for about 5-10 minutes. Finally after one strong turn the bottom came off. We have an oyster, the base can be used as well to take the bottom off but it turns counter-clockwise.
