SOURCE: freezer door hard to close

Any adjustment is at the hinge, you probably find that you have fitted it too close and it is pinching the gasket in the corner. Tilting the fridge back can help, but the doors must be able to swing closed freely first. This can be done by adjusting the footing screws below the front of the fridge.

SOURCE: Kitchen Aid Superba - door needs adjustment

there is two bolts oin the very front of the unit behind the kickplate the oiu can turn clock wise until there is a slight tile toward the back of the unit so that the cams on the doors will have a little bit of gravity to helop them stay shut.

I have an Amana ABB2527DES and the bottom freezer door is not closing tight. Any suggestions?

Inspect door seals for shifting, bunching, and tears and adjust or replace them. Inspect shelving in compartment to make sure of proper positioning. Inspect door baskets for item protruding over the top and holding door back. Inspect door for loose hinges allowing doors to sag.

In looking this model up for you, the answer is:
The tube is located on the back side of the cabinet, possibly
covered by a panel. The drain tube mates with the molded
styrofoam seperator or partition. See drawing..

Check the back of the fruit and vegi drawers. If theres a slot for an intake port try closeing it (if adjustable) Check thermostat setting for fridge and adjust to a lower setting.
Finally make sure door closes and seals closed, clean gasket with mixture of white vinegar and water (1 cup vinegar to 1 gallon warm water). If this fails internal thermostat may need replacing.

Amana SXD2252W Freezer Door does not close all the way.

Check for things on the freezer shelves sticking out and contacting one of the door shelves before it can close fully. Sometimes a maladjustment of the door can cause the gasket on the hinge side to stick from friction of the rubber on the metal case of the refrigerator. Try a tiny bit of cooking oil on a paper towel and then wipe down the vertical gasket strip on the hinge side. If friction is the cause this will cause it to close better.

Before performing the above check the condition of the hinge side vertical gasket strip to ensure it's not "bowed" inward from too much friction. That condition may necessitate replacing the freezer gasket.

check the alignment of the doors. their is an adjustment on the top hinge. also the hinges have washers on them that you can adjust the door up and down by moving washers to the hinge under or over the door.
if you already checked this and think it is a different problem then let me know, i will help you figure it out.
