Turn the processor over. The screws are normally hidden under the rubber feet. Use a small screwdriver to lever them out.

My handy chopper plus won't rotate i hear the machine but no rotation please help

Open the bottom of the machine to see if the belt has broken or jumped off it's pulleys. If looks ok, check both pulleys to see if they are fixed firmly to their respective shafts. Order any needed parts from your local appliance parts store, or search online for same. Hope this helps!

The motor just humms loudly when I try to start it. If I give it a push it will start spinning, but boggs down if I put any food through it

Take the bottom plate off to expose the motor, drive belt, and pulleys (pull the power plug for this). Remove the drive belt and turn the motor shaft by hand--does it seem to turn freely? Do the same with the driven pulley--it should turn freely also. The pulleys and belt are likely cog-type and not prone to slippage. If either pulley shaft is excessively hard to turn, then investigate the reason, and replace parts if necessary. With the belt off, the motor should accelerate almost instantly. If relatively slowly, the motor may need to be replaced.

Hi, if you were to put the belt on with the teeth facing away from the wheel, are there any sort of cogs for the teeth to connect to? if not, then the belt needs to go on, teeth touching belt, i hope that makes sense
