Could be the battery needs replacing, if the voltage drops below the battery at 3 volts the 4 indicators will flash same as its on charge.

Just to make sure your controllers aren't shorted out. Try another one that you know works for sure.

If that one doesn't work then you know that the main board is bad.

Hey there,
You just need to sync your controller with your ps3. To do so, use the USB cable that plugs into the controller and into a usb port of your ps3.
You will then be able to start your ps3 and push that ps3 button on your controller, once the ps3 has started, and you'll be good to go.

I had just fixed my controller with that problem. Theres a tiny hole on the back of the controller. That is the reset button. Get something really small and thin so it can hit the button. Once done turn on your PS3 and plug up the controller with the usb connector. Once done press the PS button then it will start blinking and then assign a controller number

Alternating red and white blinking light on earpiece for afterglow pl-6360 then shuts off. Unit should be fully charged. Help!

Alternating red and white LED colors indicates that it is not detecting an active bluetooth connection. Use the PS3 bluetooth settings to find and reconnect the signal.

My bluetooth afterglow communicator won't connect to my playstation 3 or my phone anymore when it did at one point. I didn't drop it or anything.

It can, because it's aftermarket and made the cheapest way possible.

My PS3 controller won't go to the right. Help!

The problem could be as simple as a loose connection .. Control pads are fiddly and can get very frustrating I ended up buying a new pad as I figured that the stress wasn't worth the cost of a new 1 but 1 of my pads used to pull to the right constantly and the problem was solved by taking the pad apart and simply cleaning the inside and making sure all wires was connected .. Sorry I couldn't be more help
