hi : about the stockwell safe ex200----- 2535-EA
if the safe still has charged batteries you can deactivate any sceurity code by access through a small hole on the rear of the safe, if you can get to the rear area of the safe.. You need a long screwdriver to reach to the inside of the front of the door . Their is a reset button on the inside of the door in the lower right corner area( "B" button) on the end - not on the flat face surface of the door but on the vertical face( hing plate). You'll have to feel around and push the screwdriver sideways to push the button in.it will beep . YAHOO- YUH DID IT !!!. Then you can reset your own code.if you need further instructions call me . icq. 33819110 or echarron1@cogeco.ca

NOTE: The safe needs to be upright and right side up or the locking mechanism
won’t work.
ELECTRONIC SAFES
To open an electronic safe the first time, press the following numbers/letters on the
electronic keypad –159B. (These numbers are preset. You should change the code as soon
as possible after opening the safe to insure proper security). After you have entered the
factory set code, you will need to turn the knob on the faceplate to open the door. You will
have 5 seconds to turn the knob before the locking mechanism is reactivated.
ENTERING YOUR SECURITY CODE
To enter your own security code you will need to follow the steps listed below:
1. After opening the electronic safe (with the pre -set factory code of 159B) locate the
small red button on the inside of the door near the hinge.
2. Press the red button and then release it, you will hear a beep.
DO NOT SHUT THE DOOR UNTIL YOU HAVE CONFIRMED THAT YOUR NEW
SECURITY CODE HAS BEEN ENTERED CORRECTLY.
3. With the door open, enter your own personal security code, which can be 3- 8 digits
long, and confirm your new code by pressing the letter “B” on the electronic touch pad.
Before you close the door, try the new security code to make sure the lock release the
knob so you can turn it and retract the live action locking bolts.
If you can not get this open more then likely you will have to cut it open.. One last thing to try is to email safewell
sales@safewellsafe.com
