I am very confused by your post. The Go Gear is not made by Sandisk - it is made by Philips. If your player is a Sandisk, get the Sansa Media Converter. If your player is a Philips, use the Philips (Arcsoft) Media Converter. Both of these are available on the companies respective websites - the reason I cannot give you a direct link is because the websites require now that you manually enter in your exact model # to get the right video converter.
