Hello, Stephanie -

22 pounds.

55 (portions) divided by 10 = 5.5

5.5 x 4 (pounds) = 22 pounds

By the way, your question reads like a mathematics word problem for school homework. :) If it IS a homework question, my personal opinion is that you should seek extensive tutoring and do your own homework, because this is a rather easy mathematics question.

Best wishes.

SOURCE: tenderloin recipe

Here is one I like to use. Marinate in a little veggie oil and honey mustard dressing overnight. Rub it down with Honey Mustard after the marination and sprinkle on a good Pork Rub (purchase at Winn0Dixe or Publix) or make your own. You can Google Pork Rub. Place the loin in your smoker at 225 and use a digital probe in the loin. Cook till 142-145 internal temp. Take off, wrap in foil and then a towel and let stand for 1/2 hour. Slice and enjoy. I hope you like it.

What temperature for cooking a pork tenderloin in the oven.

Hello, Lucille -

See the information here:
How to Pan-Roast Pork Tenderloin
https://www.bettycrocker.com/how-to/tipslibrary/meat-poultry-fish/how-cook-pork-tenderloin

The cooking time given at 425 degrees Fahrenheit is for 20-30 minutes for every 3/4 - 1 pound of pork tenderloin (based on the cooking chart information on the web page cited above.)

Note: If you do not reside in the USA and therefore use Celsius temperature measurement, then, the cooking temperature will be about 218 degrees Celsius and the internal temperature, taken with an internal meat thermometer, should be about 52 degrees C when done.
See temperature conversion program here:

Best wishes.

How long and what temperature do I roast a 12 lb. boneless pork loan roast?

This cut is long and narrow so cooking it for so many minutes per pound won't work. The best way is to use a probe thermometer. If the skin is on it, score it and pour a full kettle of boiling water over the skin. Pat dry and season it. The skin will come nice and crisp.

I am cooking my pork tenderloin with the marinate, can I serve the marinate as a sauce after!

You should not serve the marinade that you had the raw meat in unless you boil it for several minutes first, which is not a bad idea since it cooks it down to thicken it and concentrate the flavors. You can also add any meat juices in the bottom of the roasting pan to it. If you roast any onions in the pan with your roast, you can also add them and then blend them into the juices.

How do I find the ratio of a statue made from a mixture of copper and zinc? It is a ratio of 11:4

11 parts copper and 4 parts zinc for a total of 15 parts.
Thus 11/15 copper and 4/11 zinc.
11/15 of 75 pounds is 55 pounds. 4/15 of 75 pounds is 20 pounds.
Hence 55 pounds of copper and 20 pounds of zinc.

However, if you really want to know the ratio of the statue, then it's given in the problem as 11:4.
