Email where you bought it from and include your photograph. Tell them you would like a replacement as soon as possible please. You should not have to pay for it or for shipping. If you have any trouble contact manufacturer. :-)

Nothing to do with FIXYA dot com.

Contact the seller direct using the contact details in the conformation email.

They will send you a new lid. No you don't have to pay for it as it was badly packed and arrived damaged.

The lid of my EP91 quad blade is broken

Hi Rosa

Depending on the severity of the broken lid....

I fix a lot of plastic items with either super glue or 2 part epoxy resin.
Then for reinforcement at the edges. I take a 2cm (aprox) piece of thin wire. Like a staple. Then heat it with the soldering iron. sliding back and forth until the wire is embedded into the plastic. even slightly covered over.
This often makes a cracked piece of plastic quite strong.
It may not look great but it might hold you over till you find a replacement
Good Luck

how old is your processor? did you buy an additional warranty when you purchased it? If so you should read the paperwork. Whats covered, and not, should be listed. you can probably buy a replacement bowl for it on the website.

Not too many people offer to pay for advice, but that's no problem. This is a vollenteer site.

The issue with your food processor is because the cutting chamber and lid need to be correctly assembled so that the tabs on the pot and lid line up andslip into a slot in the handle. This will move the plastic peice out of the way.
A safety device to prevent putting fingers into the pot while in operation..
