Ice dispenser door open. Ice freezes at bottom of bin, rendering the dispenser useless

If the ice door is open that will need to be repaired first before solving the ice melting and stopping the ice auger from moving. What may be happing is the ice door stuck open causing warm moist air from outside the refrigerator to be drawn in covering everything with frost and possibly locking down auger and causing the refrigerator to run continuous. What is the model number found around the fresh food section? Thanks Sea Breeze

Kitchen Aide, model Ksbp25fkss02 is causing vegetable bin to freeze products

This sounds like you have a bad 2188820 Thermistor on your freezer vent. Either way it will take someone a little time to decide which side is controlling correctly (freezer or fresh food section cold controls) It may pay to find someone that don't mind a little time locating which one is causing the problem. Here is a PDF Service Manual go to page 16 and begin reading. I will be here later today to answer any questions you may have, Thank You, Sea Breeze

KUIC15PLTS ice maker keeps making Ice even though it is FULL

The high level sensor can get iced up and stop working. using a hare dryer carefully heat the area that the lensing arm goes into or snap off the front cover of the ice maker and blow warm air in there. raise and loser the arm at the same time. a couple of minutes should do it.

Either the inlet valve is stuck or the icemaker solenoid is shored.

Kitchenaid superba ice freezes in the bin

The temperature of your freezer is probably set to low allowing the ice to melt a bit, then refreeze. Try setting your freezer temp a bit lower. That should fix it.

Kitchenaid superba refer side by side

its normal for the temperature to stay around 28 degrees farenheight int the bottom drawer. (fresh cut meat keeps better at his temp). you can adj the temp slide near the bottom of the refrig next to the botom drawer to help adj temp. veggies will almost always freeze in the bottom drawer. also adj the temp controls to a little bit warmer to help as well.

Keep in mind the mid point settings on your refrig is just a starting point for you to adj to where it works best for you and your usage..
