SOURCE: ATWOOD MOBILE FURNACE RUNS WHEN IT WANTS/

Check your furnace for power. will be 4 wires. power ground and 2 thermostat wires. Check for power at the time delay relay, if you have power there check for power going in the fan motor, if power in motor wire, motor is bad. If no power in motor wire and power going to circuit board take the 2 thermostat wire apart and wrap the 2 together comimg from the thermostat. Fan will stat in about 30 seconds. If it does you need a control kit in the ac. But sounds to me like you have a furnace problem.

SOURCE: 13500 dometic ac for rv with anilog thermostat

My Unit is only about 5 years old; but it's working great now. I spoke to a man at an RV service department, he suggest replacing the thermostate and Jay box, which is the box inside my roof unit, accessable when I remove the filter. When I replaced the thermostate nothing changed, but the Jay box did the trick. The Jay Box came with a new thermostate anyway, and cost around $80. Good Luck

SOURCE: Dometic ac with atwood 1h2c thermostat will not come back on

Just a guess, as I am not familiar with the solar assist, if the stat is wall mounted I would remove it and verify if there is wither standard batteries, or a "watch" style battery. hope this helps

I have a Honeywell thermostat and the fan runs continuously. Not sure if need to set on Auto fan and Auto Heat or what.

Hello Donna,
You are right. The Auto setting will allow the fan to shut off when the fan is no longer needed.

Heat pump will not turn on in heat mode auto, the fan will blow if I turn on fan but it does not warm up the house?

If the fan does not turn on when set in auto and system to heat you likely do not have the thermostat set up properly. In settings be sure to set up heat pump with backup electric heat. Then the tstat brings fan in not equipment

Fan wont run on auto

Make sure your tstat is programmed for electric, not gas. Or in the settings you want that the TSTAT CONTROLS THE FAN.

DONT OVER FILL COOLANT OVER FLOW JUG.IF COOLANT OKAY ENGINE OVERHEATING REPLACE THERMOSTAT.MAKE SURE ENGINE COOLING FAN IS WORKING IF YOU COME TO A STOP CAR SITS FOR A LITTLE WHILE START OVERHEATING THE COOLING FAN NOT TURNING ON , BECAUSE COOLANT FAN FUSE BLOWED OR YOU HAVE BAD RELAY,THE ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR FAULTY.IF YOU HAVE THE CLUTCH TYPE COOLING FAN, MAKE SURE WHEN TURNING CLUTCH FAN WITH HAND COOLING FAN SHOULD HAVE RESISTANCE WHEN HOT.IF CLUTCH FAN FEEL WOBBLY AND LOOSE REPLACE IT.TAKE VECHICLE TO AUTO ZONE OR ADVANCE AUTO PARTS OR ANY AUTO PARTS STORES THEY WILL CODE SCAN CAR FREE AND GIVE YOU THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT TROUBLE CODE TO SEE WHAT CAUSING CHECK ENGINE LIGHT TO TURN ON.

The evaporator (auto defrost) fan seems to be running continually. Is this OK?

Are you sure you are talking about the auto defrost fan? Where is it physically located? A lot of the Kenmores have a fan that moves the cold air from the freezer compartment to the refrigerator section. And that runs everytime the compressor is activated.

Installed a new thermastat and now the fan runs all the time

Are you sure you got the right type of thermostat. Furnaces with fans usually have 3-4 wires ione common one for heat one for fan and one for A/c if you mixed up any of the wires could cause the fan to stay on. Otherwise there is a switch on the thermostat for fan auto or on check to make sure it is on auto

I can't get my furnace fan to stop running-even in the off position

Your thermostat has AUTO and MANUAL for fan Make sure it is set for AUTO. If it is set for AUTO and the heat is off and cooled down AND the fan still runs then that will be a bad relay. If yours is newer then the board will need to be replaced. If yours is an older model you may need to replace the fan and limit switch8fe474e.jpgThis mechanical switch works on rise in plenum temp. It turns on the fan a around 110 f and it shuts down the fan at 90f. Newer furnaces use timers and relay on the IC board.
