Question about Dyson DC07 Animal Bagless Upright Cyclonic Vacuum
Hi there SmartAlec from NelsonVacuums.com.au here. Sounds like you have a brush roller bearing or bearings problem. Undo the base plate off your dyson vacuum cleaner and remove the brush it will be toughto slide it out but can be done. Hold it in your hands and see if it turns freely if not you can try and remove the end caps (bits on end of brush) and clean it out with an air compressor or small brush.Put the caps back on and retest. If its greatly improved excellent refit and vacuum. If its not freely spining it will have to have new bearings or replace the brush complete ads they are not very dear. I can supply a brush for you to buy if you are not near a parts shop. hope this helps regards SmartAlec.
Happy Vacuuming :)
