Question about Kenmore Refrigerators
Every few hours or so, we find a small puddle of water leaking from bottom of the freezer section (left side) of the fridge onto the floor. I first noticed that ice had accumulated on the bottom shelf of the freezer, and also towards the back where there is a small hole (not sure what the hole does, but it's obviously important). I broke apart the ice on the bottom shelf and the surrounding area, and it seemed to have solved the problem....But it was only temporary. It's now leaking a little more frequently and in greater amounts. I'm thinking it's a filter problem, but not sure how to get to it.
This is a very common problem and has several reasons that may cause the problem. I have a lot of information that covers the different ways that this takes place and hot to to resolve the problem all on one page. So read the complete page and choose the part that most fits your refrigerators condensate overflow. Thanks, Sea Breeze
