Question about Compaq Presario 5000 PC Desktop
Try logging in to your admin user through safe mode. Mostly, the admin user will not have the password set.

Boot computer in safe mode using the F8 key during boot. On the windows advance option menu select safe mode hit enter. Click on the administrator after booting to desktop click on control panel go to user accounts select your user account and then click on remove password. Restart the system and check. Good Luck.
