I bet that's wild thing to see. Ok, Is ther a basket that'ds supposed to be there? If not, heat up a large paper clip, straightened of course and run it yhrough the hole. If the nozzle will come off, clean the burrs of the edges of the hole on the inside. It sounds like it's restricted if it's spraying. Good luck

SOURCE: How do I remove the exterior side panels from a

Remove drain tray. Four screws on inside wall. Open top fill point and remove white strainer tray. 3 screws under tray. 2 more in back of machine. Side panels sort of pop-slide outwards. Please note that this is not a simple machine to fix. (even for us techs) lots of plastic that can snap off. Suggest turning into service center. also note that the most common problem with the 400 is a stuck packet which can be removed by bending a large paper clip straight and making a small hook on the end to try to catch the white tip on the package with a good yank from the front. Good luck!

My Keurig coffee maker suddenly can't push the water through the K-cup to brew. It works without the K-cup, but seems to lack the power to force the hot water through with a K-cup in place.

You need to descale your unit. First you will need a bottle of white vinegar (the larger bottle). Then you need to follow these instructions:

There is a sensor that goes from one side to the other where the cup sits. Make sure the cup blocks the sensor. If you remove the cup, it will turn off the machine. Safety feature. Saw it on my B30, but not my B31 (I upgraded after fighting with the B30 too often)

Weak coffee

It sounds like you may have lost the sprayhead. It is under the brew basket (above the place where you put the basket with the filter and the coffee). Sometimes they get loose and you don't realize it and it can fall in the grounds and get tossed out after brewing.
