The evaporator fan inside the refrigerator portion maybe frozen in place from excess moisture. There r utube videos on how to disassemble and defrost the fan assembly manually. Easy fix. If this is the issue however you need to figure out why there is excessive moisture in the frig, often times a bad door seal.

SOURCE: top refridgerator does not get cold but the bottom freezer works fine

Most of these have a fan that blows the cold air for the freezer into the refrigiator section. If the fan quits running you will experience your problem.

SOURCE: freezer in nice and cold but refridgerator is not

due to lots of moisture in the air or high humidity it creates extra frost in the freezing unit this creates blockage in the air flow once the ice crystals build up. the freezer is what keeps the fridge at the normal temperature if the air flow between the two are blocked in the ducting then the fridge temperature will rise the best way to solve this is to open the freezer take out the 4 screws in the back panel tilt the panel forward and blow it with a blow dryer till the ice chunk has melted its a good idea to use a towel and on the top self of the fridge to obsorb excess water this can be kinda messy. or you can unplug your fridge for about 6 or so hours. good luck hope i helped. :)

Defrost problem. Most likely the defrost heater or defrost thermostat.

Dometic had several recalls for that problem, faulty thermostat I believe. Mine does the same thing, but I haven't taken it out to replace the thermostat / thermocoupler.

Side by side refridgerator part too warm

Make sure the small door between the freezer and fridge is open. It should be at the top towards the rear on the wall between the fridge and freezer. Thermostat controls its open/closing. And make sure freezer is in fact freezing and you don't just have residual cold in it. Freezer should be about 0 dertees.
