do you have the button on your watch named "el" its the top left one, press and hold it for 3 secs. after you can change the time. you can press the mode button to change it :)

de button on the side of the watch got 3 stands:
- totally to the left is nothing
- totally to the right is set time/hours/days
- in the middle set date.

As there are no possible watch manuals for unknown brands, all I can say is:Click on my profile (escapement), then click on Tips and Tricks. There you will find links to all watch manuals.Go through all and you will find the right one, as all watches stand on globally accepted basics. hold left button -- hour will appear and begin flashing.
press right button to set.
press left button to advance to minutes, press right to set.
press left -- date will appear. now hold left until day flashes.
press right to set.
press left to advance to month, right to set. then same again for year.
