Question about Electric Garden
There should be a bolt on the bottom of the clutch pulley that holds it on. be sure to unplug it first as they are fairly heavy. if it wont just slide off sometimes you may need to pry it off . there are a lot of videos on you tube that show this job.

I would check to see if the clutch is acutally OK. Start by unhooking the connector at the deck and supply a 12volt source (has tro bee high amp) to the leads...Be aware! The red(or white or green) is the positive and the black is the negative....don't hook them up wrong. If you've done this and the clutch still won't turn on the blades. then you have to replace the clutch.

check your spacers to be sure you havent locked the clutch assembly directly to the motor shaft
you should be able to turn it fairly free less some clutch drag

best way is to use an impact gun. second way would be to use a pipe wrench on the shaft if theres room. use some liquid wrench to loosen it up too
