Yank the filter out the top. Remove the 2 screws in the filter housing. Use a putty knife to pop the top and then remove the screws holding the front on. NOTE: raise up on the front panel slightly so you won't damage the bottom clips. Get the front out yer way and remove the drum. Clean out the dryer and oil the rollers and idler. Use this handy ROUTING GUIDE to see how to put the belt back.

check the thermal fuse on the top of blower wheel housing, also while your there take off the cover of the housing and clean all the lint out,if your fuse was popped the lint buildup did it,check outside and make sure the air from dryer is blowing out and is not blocked,if it is blow out vent line if it's a long run with a leaf blower,if the thermal fuse is good read out the heater with a meter and if that's good read out the t-stats

I am going to buy an electronic keyboard for my kids, maybe with a drum set etc too. Are there any makes that people can recommend that I look for?

I always buy Yamaha or Casio when it comes to electronic keyboards for kids. I think their products are well made but also are more affordable than some of the more professionally aimed products.

Hi, do you know what the rubber ring around the middle of the drum is, because my daughters Zanussi 37100 had some-thing stopping the drum from turning, so we have taken the top off and noticed that this...

I searched and read the user's manual for your unit, I could not find a service manual or "exploded" view so I will answer the question based upon other dryers I have repaired. I was impressed by the design of the dryer and it looks as if it is a nice appliance. Most dryers drums are indirectly driven by an electric motor via a pulley and belt arrangement. The belt is wrapped around the drum and tracks through a pulley/spring to the electric motor. The belt wears out eventually usually dependent of the age and the load applied. If your drum does not rotate or you have heard a squealing noise then your belt is probably in need of replacement. A DIY person can change it but if it is your first time take some precautionary steps: Use a camera to record your work, Check to see if you can get the belt, in your area. And plan to spend the majority of the day doing the job. And since you say that it is still working... use it. If the squeals or the drum stops turning then the belt will need replacement.

ASKO t700 dryer thumping sound

usually whin you get one thump (or a quick double thump) you have a dent in the roller surface of the drum itself. Easiest way to check this is to unplug the unit and take the top off by removing the 3 torx screws in the rear, then lifting the top off. Once the top is off look at the very front edge of the drum as you rotate the whole thing by hand. If you see any irregularities on the surface, thats your problem. If you see nothing it could be a bad motor or roller, but its unlikely if its happening in the same place on the rotation evry time. What has usually happened with dents in the surface of the drum is that the unit was set down too hard (or dropped) and the wheels it rests on dented the metal they ride on. If thats the case the only solution is to replace the drum or live with it .Good Luck!
