SOURCE: Need to know exact frequencies
When on channel one, hook up an oscilloscope to the channel output circuit on the output terminals.First read channel 1,then channel 2,then channel 3.You can leave the oscilloscope hooked up the whole time.Start on the highest available scale, then work your way down scale by scale until it is accurately readable. Then you will need to find the input to the counting circuit, most likely from a thermistor. You will need to reconfigure the counting circuit to send a signal from what the thermistor is reading for the temperature to 600Hz instead of what the current counting circuit is set at.You can achieve that by connecting the oscilloscope to the output side of the IC for the counting circuit with one lead on the output, one lead on the input, and determine what it is set at currently, then redesign it to pulse at 600Hz input which is 10 second intervals.Greg

There is no way to turn off beeping. From this site: http://www.chaneyinstruments.com/FAQ.aspx
found solution - search for - Q: My wireless weather station periodically beeps, why?
A: .. unit's ability to detect a foreign radio frequency of another wireless unit when that unit transmits a signal. .. any wireless devices transmitting on a radio frequency have the potential to interfere with each other. Limit the amount of wireless devices to lesson the chance of interference. When beeping occurs, one device will need to be deactivated.
There is no way to turn off beeping, d/s designers forgot. I had the same problem, another external temp gauge showed up on the other channel, so my neighbor or someone is using the similar unit. MY SOLUTION: opened back of case and cut black wire to piezo speaker (at base if rear cover opposite side of stand-up prop) that creates beep. Don't use any sound features, ALL good now.
