Every networkable item is identified by a service set identifier (SSID) - a 1 to 32 byte string. This is normally a human-readable string and thus commonly called the "network name". In an IBSS, the SSID is chosen by the client device that starts the network, and broadcasting of the SSID is performed in a pseudo-random order by all devices that are members of the network.
Find the SSID on your tab3 in SETTINGS.

1.Open the notification panel by swiping the two fingers slightly from the top of the screen to the bottom.
2.You will see the Wi-Fi icon at the top of the panel.You can touch the icon to turn Wi-Fi on.

turn off your tab, then click in power + volume up + home button(only if your version as the home button) , you should enter in to the android mod.

I doubt there is one as they only replace boards within service. and only when under warranty.
