Lost my phone can I receive replacement

Contact a TracFone service representative. Dial 1-800-867-7183 to report your SafeLink lost or stolen. Inform the representative of the estimated last date of use. Give a detailed description of where you may have lost the phone or how it got stolen.
  • Provide the representative with your mobile device's serial number or ESN found on your activation card. If you cannot locate the activation card, provide the representative with the cell phone number.
  • Request to keep your old phone number or apply for a new one. After the representative reports your cell phone lost or stolen, request that a copy of the report be sent to your active email address. Check your email address to make sure that you have received the email and a cell phone replacement confirmation number.
  • Expect the replacement SafeLink TracFone mobile device to be mailed to you within three to five business days, without cost. Check the contents upon arrival to make sure that the replacement cell phone, battery, charger, SIM card and activation card are intact.
  • To activate, call the number provided on your activation card. Provide the serial number, found on the activation card, and the SIM card code, found on the back of the SIM, to complete the activation process.

If you have not found an answer to this as yet just pick up intercom and enter 7100 at the phone. This will clear any DND. Now enter intercom 7105165. This will give a long tone and the DND/FWD lamp will flash showing Call forwarding active for VM.

I have a stollen phone. No i didnt steal it! How do i activate it

Keeping something you know belongs to someone else is stealing.
Give it back to the phone company.
They can find the owner using the phone's ESN.

    Cell phone

If you truly found it, why not try getting it back to it's rightful owner first. As Cell phones do have ESN's and MAC ID's to identify them as uniquely as fingerprints identify us.
If you meant that you like found it in your closet? Then depending on the service provider you'll have to get with them to activate and account for you. Do you know if it's GSM or CDMA, does it take a SIM card?

    Lg env phone

Just log on to log in and you can activate the phone online. You cannot just swap the Sim card. If you have issues activating it online you can just call Verizon and have them activate the old phone.
