Remove the top thread from the machine. ALWAYS RAISE the presser foot and rethread from the beginning.

Lo warning comes on when i try to sew. Waited 15 secs did not work. Cannot sew.

It sounds like a machine overload. Rather than just turning it off for a few seconds, turn it off and clear out the lint from the feed dogs and the traces. That should take sufficient time to reset and you'll avoid another overload.

Hand wheel is locked and Lo appears on the screen .No jammed threads

check your bobbin is wound evenly and put in the right side up

I've had the Lo come on my screen of my sewing machine also, but normally when I turned it off it corrected the jam up.
Lo- A button is pressed when the machine halts due to a overload
wait 15 seconds to recover
if thread jamming causes the overload, remove the tangled thread
check the bobbin area for lint & loose threads
also check to see if the bobbin is warped
check you needle to see if it's bent-roll on a flat surface to see if it rolls correctly
if it's blunt it makes a popping sound when going thru fabric

Thread knots up under the feed dog plate error LO - I removed the plate, cleaned and replaced the bobbin holder and it still is jamming.

No but I will be taking it to a Janome authorized repair shop and pay them thanks anyway. G
