The RED "H" is an error with the hard drive on your recorder. There is no easy fix. You will have to refer to a technician/ repairman.

SOURCE: I have misplaced the software

I'm wondering if you ever found the software for your security system? I have the same problem. I purchased my system secondhand, without the cd. I was able to download the dvxclient software, but it seems like there should be additional programs on that cd that I don't have. If you got the software, would you share please?

SOURCE: I have a bunker hill executive digital safe.

I have the Executive 95824. The handle is locking up on me. Almost seems like it needs WD40 or something. The 3 main bolts do not come out all the way now. Any tips on how to fix this?

SOURCE: bunker hill dvr security

Your problem lies in the hard drive. It no longer is booting the DVR. There is a partition on the drive that holds the operating system so it doesn't get overwritten when the drive fills up with video. You need to contact the manufacturer to get a new hard drive since the software to run the DVR is on the drive.

I have Lost the monitor for the bunker hill 62284 security system and need to get a new one where can I get one without having to purchase the whole system

You are way ahead to just get the whole system. You can find 5.5" color monitors that support 4 channels for around $150 and up. Bunker -Hill does not sell a separate monitor.
