SOURCE: No coffee is coming out of the machine...

There may be a blockage in the electrovalve but more information needed 1st. Can you get any water out of the frother spout? If you can it will not be the electrovalve.

SOURCE: press start button but wont stay on

the switch is fine
the switch in all dryers triggers a relay, that then latches and supplies current to motor and heater, until deactivated by door switch or timer switch
inside the control panel,
trace the wires from the start switch to the first device
c27eaf9.jpgmay be opaque.
ensure that the wires are all connected.
if all are connected replace relay
the local part store will have the relay it is common to most dryers
Cant give exact instructions, no experience with particular model

SOURCE: not making coffee

Unplug the machine.
Fill the water tank, and drip a little water into the out-spout to prime the pump.

The auto-off feature is designed to protect the pump from running dry and burning out.
*Some models had a reset button on the rear, if yours has it then use it.

Plug the machine back in and give it a try...once the pump sensor acknowledges water, it will reset.

SOURCE: I have a zwd12270w. Seven second after pressing

The problem is with the tumble drier heating element. If you remove the top of the machine (disconnect it from the electricity supply first!) you will find a big metal oblong "bar" that runs from the front to the rear of the machine. At the rear there are 4 white wires connected to the metal "bar". Make a note of where they go and remove them. You may need pliers to get a good grip of them. Once removed, the washing machine should work just fine but obviously the tumble drier will not. This is a well known fault and it may be worth contacting Zanussi as they MUST know about it!

My Russel-hobbs coffeemaker RHCM5 does not hea tthe base were the glass jug sits, nor does it warm water and make coffee. The red power light is on (red).

Unplug the coffeemaker and remove the bottom cover.
  • Check the heater in the base for continuity.
  • Check the thermostat contacts - they may be heavily oxidized or burned out. Some models have an electronic timer - the relay can go bad in these. Your model doesn't look like it would have that.
  • It's possible that the power switch is bad even though the indicator lights up. Check it for continuity also.
