Question about Dell Inspiron B130 Notebook
I have a Dell Inspriron B130 laptop computer. I have no desktop, just a blank screen. Ran a scan (diagnostic) & was given an error code 0F00:1378 with a MSG IDE, device failed blank media or no media is present in optical drive...any ideas what to do. Unable to do anything & my computer isn't quite 3 years old... The computer went from working just fine to just a blank screen...I do have my cursor though.
This is a clear hard drive issue. Try reinstalling Operating System, If it fails again, probably you have to replace the hard drive
