I had the same issue on a Whynter WC28S SNO 28 Bottle Wine Cooler, it even seems like most of the thermoelectric wine coolers, fridges, and such have the same boards by hanny. For cross refference parts I used NTE because Fry's Electronics had them.
Switching transistors - NTE51
1N 4007 - NTE125
Silicon Dual Power Rectifier - NTE6090

Also I have a venotemp wine cooler that has pretty much the same board, with the same plugs for fans, light, control panal, and cooler fan for $45 shipped at their site under replacement parts. Hope this helps people looking for info on this. Also research Switching Power Supply issues for information.

Thanks for the part numbers! 2 x NTE51, new fuse, plus new 2 ohm resistor got mine up and running again.

Yossef - might I ask what indications you had that led you to determine the cause of the problem? Were you getting both the red and green leds, etc..? I'm getting the red led to work - so, I know input power to the card is good; however, I don't get the green led and some segments in my digital display are funky.. much thanks. r/

I had the same issue with a bottle cooler, the power supply did not work at all. I found out that the transistor E 616 13005-2 is in fact a MJE13005 which is a common NPN power transistor, very easy to find (farnell.com).

I had same problem. The C-13 capacitor took out the C1 capacitor. Anyone know the value or part number of the C1 cap?

Where is thermostat?

You can find manuals out there on the web. When I look for the part the only thing that made sense was the control board in the lower rear of these coolers, and doesn't seam to be adjustable. Then there are the buttons on the top front, but not sure if the stat is serviceable by itself.

What is the best temperature for white wine to be in?

It is important to keep the wine cool and in stable temperature that doesn't fluctuate very often. Bright tart white wine: 48-52 degrees; sparkling wine: 50-55 degrees and rich white wines: 58-62 degrees.

I plug my 50 bottle cabnet in and nothing happens, I had a power surg at m y house and I beleave that's when it started. Can't say for sure because I don't check on it all the time

It is quite possible an internal fuse on the cooler has open circuite.
Try plugging in a desk lamp into the wall socket. If that works then you will need to get a technician to check your cooler for you
