Question about Intel Motherboard
No, that board is 32 bit only.

That is the Manual.
Looking at the CPU specs for that motherboard, it is a mPGA478-pin, otherwise known as a Socket 478. To my knowledge, there were only a couple of CPU's that were 64-bit and socket 478. 64-bit really didn't hit the market until socket 775 came out. Even if you did find a 64-bit CPU that was socket 478, and it was within your CPU ranges (as per the Manual), you would still need to reflash your BIOS so that your motherboard would support it. So all in all, Just still with the 32-bit CPU's for this board. If you want to go to 64-bit, you can get a MOBO and CPU combo on NewEgg.com for under 75 bucks.
