Question about NRS Hoveround MPV 4 - Hovaround Used Electric Wheelchair
I plug it in and it doesn't charge. Do I turn the chair on or off before plugging into the charger. I have tried both ways and leaving the chair on showed the green light for full charge then it was down to red lights with just two times of usage. The usage wasn't even 1/2 mile.
When you connect the charger, if the light goes to red to green within a few minutes and the battery power does not last more than 1-2 hours or less, it may indicate that that the batteries will not take a charge anymore and need to be replaced. This can happen if the power chair has not been charged in a while or has been stored. Having the chair on or off while charging will not affect the charging process, but you ususally want it to be OFF.
