Question about Nokia N95 Cellular Phone
First thing to note is that the deleted data on the phone will remain there until something new is saved and overwrites it. This might not happen immediately but eventually, after continued use, it will.
Either connect the phone straight to a PC using a USB cable (if supplied with the phone) or take the card out and put it in a card reader attached to the PC. You should see memory card shown as a drive letter (like H:) in Windows Explorer.
Then try some photo recovery software on the PC. This should recognise the phone or card and then you can scan it using the free download of some good photo recovery software. That will show you what files still exist on the phone or card and what can be recovered.

Then find some photo recovery software, which are able to recover deleted or formatted photos and movies from cell phone, digital camera, memory card and SD card etc. Here are the steps: Step 1: Download and install the Digital Photo Recovery Software. Step 2: Connect your Nokia N81 cell phone (or SD card, memory card etc) to your PC or Mac. Step 3: Scan the source drive where your lost pictures located. Step 4: Recover the lost pictures and save them to another drive instead of the source drive. Best regards!

There is a chance that you will be able to get back some or all of your digital photos. First things first: DO NOT take any more pictures with the memory card that you want to recover photos from. If you are away from home and will be recovering your photos at a later date, remove the memory card from your camera and put it in a safe place. If you take any more photos or save any data to your memory card, you may quite possibly ruin your chances of photo recovery.
Quick Internet searches will reveal a tremendous number of programs that advertise lost data recovery, and most of them cost between $25 – $40. Luckily for you though, the folks at CONVAR have a program called PC Inspector Smart Recovery that does the very same job for free. The procedure for recovering your photos is:
PC Inspector Smart Recovery may take a long time to process depending on the size of the memory card you’re scanning, but the results are worth the wait. We were able to resurrect 100% of the photos that were accidentally deleted from a 1 GB memory card, and the reviews on Smart Recovery’s website are a testament to similar results in many other like situations.

stop using this phone immediately. Nowadays, the
deleting process will not actually wipe out everything off from your phone
memory card. But, these deleted files still can be easily rewritten by anything
new on the same phone memory card. So, take care!
Secondly, plunge this phone to your computer and prepare to retrieve all your deleted files.
Thirdly, apply a phone data recovery freeware to retrieve all your deleted files back successfully:
I believe this data recovery can work perfectly on your phone memory card just in the same way as it completely retrieves all the deleted data of my friend off from his Samsung phone:
Fourthly, save and back up all the restored photos on a different phone memory card or drive in case of data recovery failure.
Note: Never forget to back up everything important at least on two cards or locations in the future.
