Question about Pitco Frialator SG18S Deep Fryer
Pilot on- gas vavle on - t-stat in off position - turn t-stat on pilot and main buners cut off - turn t-stat off get back pilot - changed pilot generator and jump out reset still having same problem. bad gas vavle shorting out maybe ?
Better check the incoming gas pressure first, it should match the requirement as stated on the nameplate. Low gas pressure will make the pilot flame small until it could not heat up the thermopile which will shut both main burner and pilot flame.
