if there are no hardware issues, at least you should be able to get into the BIOS setup. the annoying part in this case is the fact that without an image on the display, we cannot proceed with investigations. i can immediately tell which parts could be causing the problem: the mainboard, the graphics card (if not integrated on the mainboard or the processor. to pin-point the broken part, you should swap them one by one with a spare part of the exact same brand and model. but most people do not have these parts available just like that, i suppose this would be the same for you...
