Hi guest, try to turn off the pc by using the power button. Then remove the cables and battery on the laptop. Then push & hold the power button for 5 seconds. Reinsert the cables and battery then turn on the pc.
Check if you will be able to shut down your pc using the operating system..

Check for a virus or a trojan - download
www.avast.com free version - it is very good at finding and squashing these things.
