Question about Whirlpool Ultimate Care II LSQ9549L Top Load Washer
During the spin cycle, heard a banging noise, then it got progressively worse, after a few more loads during teh spin cycle the washer began to make a loud noise like the motor was straning and the tub would not spin anymore.
Check and see if the inner drum is loose and floppy.if it is, it's likely the bearings have collapsed, and require replacement...If the drum feels stiff and tight, it could be that something is jammed between the inner and outer drums. Both situations could be costly...Get quotes....Good luck...Nomess
