Hi there,
have you check the temperature?

The temperature controls are preset in the factory at 37°F for the refrigerator compartment and 0°F for the freezer compartment. Allow 24 hours for the temperature to stabilize to the preset recommended
settings.

The temperature controls can display both the SET temperature
as well as the actual temperature in the refrigerator and freezer.
The actual temperature may vary slightly from the SET temperature based on usage and operating environment.

Setting either or both controls to OFF stops cooling in both the freezer and refrigerator compartments, but does not shut off electrical power to the refrigerator.

Remove the food and the ice maker ( if equipped ) from the freezer . Remove the 2 screws holding the bottom panel , and the 2 screws holding the rear freezer air duct and remove these parts . Slide the styrofoam vent up and out . Remove the rear freezer panel . Using a hair dryer , in the middle , just below the coils , defrost , until you see the drain hole . Keep defrosting this hole ( hot water helps ) , until water starts to flow thru . Using a small hose inserted into the drain hole , blow thru , to remove any unseen debris in the line . You will need to remove the food from the freezer and remove the ice maker if so equipped . Remove the 2 screws from the bottom freezer panel ( you will probably see a layer of ice here ) , and the 2 screws holding the inside rear freezer panel . Using a hair dryer , start in the center , below the coils , defrosting , until you see a drain hole . You want to defrost this hole ( hot water helps ) until water starts to flow down . Use a small hose inserted into the drain hole and blow thru it , to remove any unseen debris , built up inside the drain line . Reassemble the freezer .

Is there a drain hole in the freezer area on whirlpool model # ET18LK?

To get to it , remove the food from the freezer and remove the ice maker , if equipped , and remove the 2 screws holding the freezer bottom "panel" . Remove the 2 or 3 screws holding the rear freezer panel on , and remove the panel . About in the middle , under the coils , is the drain hole . If iced up , defrost the hole with a hair dryer until visible . Hot water will help defrost the hole . When water starts to flow , use a small piece of hose , inserted into the drain , and blow thru until clear . This will remove any debris built up in the unseen drain line .

Water is accumulating in the refrigerator

Remove the food from the freezer and icemaker (3 screws and a plug hold it in place ) . Remove the screws holding the back panel of the freezer in place , and remove the panel . Using a hair dryer , below the coils , start in the middle , and defrost until you see the drain hole . Keep defrosting the hole , until water starts to drain thru . Use a small piece of hose inserted into the drain , and blow thru it , to clear out any debris accumulated in the drain line . Hot water helps to clear the ice from inside the hole also . To make this a permanent " fix " , get a piece of aluminum solid wire ( 14-16 guage , like an appliance ground wire ) about 8 " long . After the drain is clear , where water runs thru , insert 1 end into the hole as far as it will go without any force , bending slightly if necessary . Wrap the other end around the black tube ( defrost heater )above the hole about 1 - 1 1/2 turns . Whenever the fridge goes into defrost , the heat will transfer to the wire , therfore , keeping ice from blocking the drain again .

Remove the food from the freezer from the icemaker down . Remove the 6 (?) screws holding the rear panel on . At the bottom below the coils , there is a drain hole . Start from the center below the coils , defrosting with a hair dryer . Eventually you'll see the hole . keep defrosting the hole until excess water starts going down the hole or if you think the hole is clear , use a small hose inserted into the hole and blow thru to remove any built up food debris in drain . After clear , reinstall the panel and frozen food .

Sounds like a defrost problem or a plugged drain... to get it to work temporary defrost the freezer. Unplug the refrigerator, open the door and get a blow dryer and warm up the freezer. wait until the water stop dripping out or about 12 to 24 hours and then you can plug it back in . it will work for 2 to 3 weeks.

To unplug the drain.defrost the freezer .remove the back cover. Use a pipe cleaner to clear the drain. pour a few cups of hot water down the drain.

The defrost systems is:
HEATER-DEFROST
THERMOSTAT-DEFROST
Adaptive defrost control
Start with the adaptive defrost control board. The fresh food section light switch and light bulb must work. To initiate a defrost cycle, open the door and push the light switch in and out 5 times within 6 seconds. The compressor and fans should shut off and the defrost heater should come on. Open the door and push the light switch in and out 5 times within 6 seconds to remove the refrigerator from the defrost mode and back into a cooling mode.
Frigidaire - referance model FSC23F7DSB3
This product comes equipped with an Adaptive Defrost Control (ADC). To activate manual defrost, press and hold the Freezer temperature UP (WARMER) key while pressing the Fresh Food temperature DOWN (COLDER) key 5 times within 6 seconds. A d in the freezer temperature window and F in the refrigerator temperature window will display when the heater is activated. To deactivate manual defrost, press and hold Freezer temperature UP (WARMER) key while pressing the Fresh Food temperature DOWN (COLDER) key 5 times within 6 seconds. d and F will be displayed until the defrost cycle is complete. (approx. 8 minutes)

Heater / Thermostat
You will have to remove the back panel of the freezer to check the heater for and thermostat for continuity. Heater are the lease likely part to go bad... I always change thermostat and timers together.
let me know if this helps or we can chat if you need more help.
