Most hardware stores carry replacement sockets. Go to Lowes, or Home depot and ask one of the workers there.

Lowes and home dpot do not have it and they did not offer to help find one

forget "slows" and "home despot" the vast majority of their personnel, if present, is useless and cannot even differentiate between a screw and a nail.
To get a bulb base out of a socket spray a little WD-40 On the rim between the bulb socket and lamp socket. Let it penetrate for a while, at least a couple of hours.
Then with a needle nose player stick it in the socket and try to turn a counterclockwise if that fails tried to grab the end of the remaining bulb socket and try to gradually roll the metal like if you open a sardine can. the socket will eventually become loose with a little wiggling and you can turn it out!

Ceiling fan lamps are typically a low profile lamp. They can be found in most building supply stores .. l;ook in the lamp section or the lights, fan section of the store . The lamp package will be marked for ceiling fan use.

Breeze ceiling fan not working

We were able to get 3 fans running again by replacing the capacitor which had melted in all 3 fans. On one of the fan's the casing around the motor was extremely hot, which prompted us to act quickly. I suppose the fan had been trying to start itself. We purchased the capacitors at an electrical supplier at a cost of $15 each. We were not able to locate the type of capacitors which came with the fan. I am now looking for replacement capacitors at a lower cost if possible. Does anyoe have suggestions of a reputable online dealer for capacitors at a reasonable cost? I would like to keep some on hand.

It might not be the bulb but the socket (If you have incandescent sockets). Inside each socket there is a piece of metal that the bulb connects with. Check to see if it is flattened out. Turn the power off then get a flat head screwdriver and pry that piece of metal back outward. Turn the power back on and screw the bulb in slowly till the bulb lights.
