Question about LG Electronic Window Air Conditioner
Your noise is probably your fan hitting water. First try to tilt the ac to slant to the outside. If this is done water should drain to the outside if not your drain hole is blocked from the front to the back you can see this if you remove the unit and look at the front coil housing you will see a very small weep hole clean it out and use a water hose to clean the front coil and the back coil. good luck

Mine had something like lint and a beetle clogging the weep hole causing it to rattle and blow water out the front. I used a straw and a can of compressed air to clear the hole and let it drain to the back after that, the problem was gone.
