Question about Sharp LC37SB24U 37 in. LCD TV
It is blinking because it is sensing shorts circuits some where or it has power supply failure.

Or www.digikey.com just make sure to use caps with low ESR, 105c, high ripple current, long life rating such as PANASONIC FM or FC series.
