Possible that the battery voltage mesasured to the controller is underrated to show up the display.
It will be good to check the new battery which was put in before we can blame the camera.
Check the voltage and the current factor of the battery. Make sure there is full charge on the battery . If so then the camera servo or control board has errors inside that allows the potential drop in voltage in the board.
you will need to open the board to check for shorts int he circuit- attempt only if competent.

Insert the new batteries then go to setting and take a general reset of your camera. Note your setting before reset si you can restore them after reset. Use this solution at your own risk, read the manual before ! I`m not responsable for any damage that might occur !

Replacement battery

I usually take my remotes to Radio Shack - they'll be able to remove the old battery, find a replacement and even insert the new one for you in no time.

Why will the battery not charge?

If your battery will not charge, you need to run a test on some components on the laptop. The battery, the charger and the laptop itself. Once you detect the faulty conponent then you replace it with a new one.

To test the battery:
1.Power off the laptop,
2.Take out the battery,
3.Insert it in another laptop,
4.Check of it will charge,

If the battery holds a charge there, then it means the problem is not from the battery, but if it does not hold a charge, then it means the battery is defective and need to be replaced with a new one.

To test the charger:
1.Unplug the charger from the present laptop,
2.Connect it to another laptop to see if it will charge.

If it charges the laptop, then it means the charger is alright, and if it does not charge the laptop, then it means the charger is bad and need to be replaced.

To test the laptop:
1.Turn off the laptop,
2.Disconnect your present charger,
3.Remove your present battery pack,
4.Insert a well tested battery into the laptop,
5.Connect a well tested charger to the laptop.

If it powers on, then it and charges, then it means the laptop is working fine, but if it does not charge, then it means the connection port of the laptop is bad.Hope this information was helpful.

I have a Sanyo digital camera but the batteries only last about 15 photos and then I get the battery low message or it switches off. If I take the batteries out and insert them again and get another 4/5...

My best guess is that you need new batteries. Even rechargeable batteries need to be replaced sometimes. I am pretty sure if you purchase new batteries for this, you will be just fine!

Hope this helps!

Phone says insert sim card with sim card already inserted

First, make sure you have the SIM inserted in the phone correctly. If you do - and the phone still doesn't recognize the SIM card - you may need to replace the SIM card.

This is a common problem with some phones especially when the SIM has been transferred from one phone to another.

Just about the only way to correct it is to replace the SIM card with a new one.

You can purchase one on eBay for a few dollars instead of paying $25 at a retail outlet. Once you receive it, carefully pop it out of the card it is attached to and correctly insert it into your phone.

Put in your battery and turn your phone ON. You should see a 'No Service' message on the screen. If you do, then your phone can now recognize the new SIM card.

Look on the larger card you removed the SIM from and get the SIM number from the card. Then call your service provider and inform them you have replaced a defective SIM card with a new one in your phone. Give them the new SIM card number and in less than 1-minute your phone will be working again.

When it does, the message on the screen will change from 'No Service' to the name of your cellular provider.

Even with new batteries, it still asks me to replace batteries

Two things to do here. First of all make sure the contacts in the battery compartment are not corroded. You can clean them up with the eraser at the end of a pencil. Then put in the new batteries, being sure that you have the polarity correct [+ end and - end inserted correctly]. If you still have the replace battery message power up anyway and go to the menu and find the reset. Resetting will most likely solve your problem.
