Hello, I am having the same problem, no one has item in stock on backorder until at least Dec. 10th and over 1500 on backorder. Doesn't sound too promising to get my oven fixed for the holidays. Any easier way around this problem. My display is totally dead and oven does not head up. Need part W10244191.

We have been waiting for 2 months for this part. I just talked to Whirlpool and the date has been pushed back yet again until 12/31/10. They just keep pushing out the date and have no answers. They are blaming the recession for the lack of parts, maybe the lack of parts is causing the recession. So who knows when this part will be available if ever. We were without the oven for Thanksgiving and now for Christmas and New Years. Thanks Whirlpool, first for producing a piece of **** (there are thousands of people without their oven waiting for this part), and secondly for not being able to rectify the situation.

Faulty lights and timer bleeper on neon clock display on front of electric oven.

It is very possible the control board is going bad. Before replaceing the control board pull the connectors and reinstall them. There could be a bad connection causing the display not to lioght up completly. If that doesn't work then it looks like control board time.

None of the element are not working

Does the top burners work at all? If they do, and the oven isn't working you could need a new element or a new control board. If nothing works, on top or on bottom, then the control board definitely needs to be replaced.

Have whirlpool oven model # RBD305PDB14. Was told controller board was out. Old controller was part # 8302319, which I am told has been replaced by part # W10244191. I bought W10244191, but find that...

ggg1234~ I don't have a solution unfortunately, but I'm having the same problem. I had someone come out to look at it and they said that part #W10244191 was a mistake b/c of the larger slot and Whirlpool hasn't started production on correcting this problem... nice,eh?! I think this is a Whirlppol problem and they need to do something about it, and quick!

Hi I have a Tappan oven model TGF357CCSF. The clock display andtemperature display is working but it is very dim. I have been told the I need a control panel 316028350 which is no longer available is this...

Hey - That part is available thru AppliancePartsPros online listing is clock/timer.  Part # AP2125110     $203.75   These timers are old-timers anymore. Can be hard to find, and at 200 bucks, make ya think twice. Gas model is probably worth it though.  Either way- it's an electronic clock that has had 120v running through it for 20 yrs or so. Time to replace for sure. Let me know if this info helps-  have more if needed-  Thanks--Ed

My Whirlpoolis showing F-1 Error of the LCD display? What can I do?

F1 code on your oven means "Electronic control malfunction". Clean contacts and reconnect all wires on the control board. If it does not help - replace oven control board. You'll also need to program the oven cavity size in the new control board. Model number is incomplete, so can't tell the part number, can be either 8301919 or 8301345

I bought a Whirlpool double oven AKZ161 and error code F03 appear

On this model, F03 indicates a faulty power control board (also known as the "Capricorn" board by Whirlpool technicians). A new oven with no guarantee? There is usually a reason something has no guarantee, in your case, a faulty control board. It is a relatively expensive part unfortunately.
You can try disconnecting from power, removing top panel from oven. The large square electronic board you see on the top of oven is the power control board. Check all plug connections are OK, especially the large thin multi plug that goes to the display board- I have had a poor connection at this plug causes F03 faults. If still no go, power control board will need replacing

I have a kenmoore oven model 91140465690 that keeps beeping and flashing the code F7 i need to know what part i need to replace for that code

HI, this F-7 code represents one or more function keys on the control board that are malfunctioning or stuck.

This will require the replacement of the entire control board(ERC,Clock).

Replacing the ERC(Electronic Range Control), will fix this issue. this control board will run you about $140.00 tops. you can order it on line by clicking the link i have provided below this text if you choose.

Click here to order you new replacement ERC.

Digital screen goes off oven will not work stove top is working fine

The "digital screen" is connected to the electronic control board which controls the oven (the surface elements on the stove top will not be affected by this problem). The "flickering on and off" could be any connection that feeds the electrical supply of the control board. Like something in the wiring harness that feeds the relay board, or the wiring harness that goes from the relay board to the electronic control board. It could also be the relay board or the electronic control board themselves. To isolate the problem you would need to check electrical supply to each board at the time of the "problem" when the "digital screen goes completely off." This would tell you where you "have" the voltage and where the voltage supply is lost. If it is a loose or burned wiring harness replace the harness or individual wire causing the problem if it turns out that it is the relay control board or electronic control board replace them. The relay control boards are typically around $75.00 and the electronic control board $150.00 and up. Might be cheaper to purchase another used oven or bite the bullet and buy a new range.
